- 1 cup of homemade peanut butter (mix 2 cups of unsalted and roasted peanuts in a food processor continuously for 2 to 3 minutes or until the texture is created)
- 2 cups of natural granulated sweetener
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ cup of potato starch
- 1 ½ cup of almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1/3 cup of sugar free chocolate chips
