Ingredients:
- 1 cup of homemade peanut butter (mix 2 cups of unsalted and roasted peanuts in a food processor continuously for 2 to 3 minutes or until the texture is created)
- 2 cups of natural granulated sweetener
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ cup of potato starch
- 1 ½ cup of almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1/3 cup of sugar free chocolate chips
Preparation:
In a bowl with a hand electric mixer, mix the peanut butter, the eggs, the vanilla extract and the natural sweetener. Incorporate the potato starch, the almond four and the baking powder. Add the chocolate chips and then put the dough in the freezer for approx. 2 hours.
Take it out of the freezer and distribute the dough in a previously greased tray. Then bake it at 350C degrees for 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
