Ingredients
- 2 Scoops of Isolated Soy Protein
- 3-4 Packets of the sweetener of your preference
- 2 Bananas
- 1 Tbsp of Vanilla Extract
- 3 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed
- 3 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/3 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/3 Tsp Baking Soda
- ¼ cup of semi sweet or unsweetened chocolate chips, or chopped walnuts.
Directions
Mix all ingredients on a bowl, and then bake it for around 10 minutes at 250 degrees. When ready, let it rest for a couple of minutes and enjoy this guilt-free dessert.
