Thanksgiving is coming and one of our favorite flavors is so in this month : pumpkin. Mostly all drinks that are sold during this time are high in calories and low in nutrients, so here we tell you how to make your own low-calorie pumpkin protein beverage
Here we go:
3/4 cup of Milk (the one of your preference)
1 scoop of Soy Protein
1/4 cup of pumpkin puree (it could be canned)
1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie flavored syrup
1/2 tsp. pumpking pie spice
Mix all ingredients on a blender and blend until it is smooth( just as you are picturing it your mind right now) and enjoy your own pumpkin smoothie. Delicious!
